Take the skins of three rabbits with the hair and boil for one hour. Rinse. Clean off blood, hair and fat with a knife and boil again for six hours. Rinse again and clean off hair and fat. Boil again for about ten hours until it forms a gelatin. Pour out into tins and let dry and then crackle up. Add water and boil gently to reconstitute.
